This one day course will guide you through the essential techniques required to make your own Traditional afternoon tea, by learning skills that will enable you to recreate a range of quintessentially British delights, in your own home.

– You will learn how to make sweet pastry which can be used for a variety of bakes
– Guidance in creating a professional show stopping delice
– Presentation techniques that will exert extravagance, and impress all of your friends and family
You will learn and take home:
– A classic sponge recipe which you will use to create mini Victoria sponge, as well as mini lemon sponge
– The art of sweet pastry- that will take form of satisfying scrumptious scones
– How to make shortbread, as well as decorative inspiring presentation techniques
– How to make a chocolate delice, that will make your afternoon tea a cut above the rest
– Demonstration on presenting the perfect accompaniment to your bakes, fabulous dainty sandwiches and finger rolls
– Demonstration on marvellous meringue
