Chef de Cuisine Chris Scarratt, founder of New Farm Catering Ltd, is a top class chef who combines his passion for food and high levels of skill to produce the most delicious and enticing dishes. Chris spent time in Switzerland mastering the arts of patisserie and chocolate artistry as well as training other top level professionals for a Swiss chocolate and ingredients company. New Farm Catering has catered for Royal events, celebrities and membersĀ of the peerage.

For Chris the natural progression from his highly successful catering business was to set up a cookery school. His mission: to impart some of his culinary skills and expertise with people who share his passion for food. And so the New Farm Cookery School was founded.

At the New Farm Cookery School Chris works with a range of specialised chefs, cooks and other culinary experts from a wide range of backgrounds to ensure the customer gets the best possible tuition and guidance.
