– How to use different filling ingredients for your pastries to produce the most delightful desserts

– Presentation techniques that will exert extravagance, and impress all of your friends and family

– You will learn how to make classic sweet pastry- that will form the bases for a range of tantalising tarts

– A selection of tarts, including a brilliant Bakewell, a classic lemon tart, and a perfect pecan and chocolate tart

– How to make a skilful pear, black cherry and apricot frangipane
