   italian cooking
   Thai cooking
   Any cooking from other countries, all suitable for non chefs
   Gathering and cooking from hedgerows etc

   Thank you for taking the time to suggest addiitonal types of courses. If you would like to look at our new course selection on our website we have added some of your ideas to our 2014 courses. We will of course be adding further courses shortly.
